About the job

As an Operational Consultant, you'll be a key element of our talented team, playing a vital role in analysis, data gathering, client support, consulting, innovation, and software testing as well as training for our global customer base.

Tasked with producing excellent Standard Operating Procedures, detailed functional specifications, user manuals and configuration documents for some of the world's leading brands, you'll be putting your in-depth knowledge to work reviewing and testing completed modifications for functional accuracy. Taking on this international role, your mission will be to provide expert training and testing support for SNS customers, as well as specialist on-site go-live support for some of the most dynamic businesses operating today.

The job is based in Lebanon with 75% travelling.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field

2 to 5 years of experience

Strong ethics and values, as well as excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, written, verbal and non-verbal

Engaging in presentation and training skills

Flexibility to travel extensively

Knowledge of Database, SQL, Software, and Application concepts
