Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including sales, project management, and operations management. This is an on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi.

Responsibilities

-Oversee and manage the daily operations of our marketing projects.

-Coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

-Develop and implement efficient operational systems and processes to enhance productivity.

-Monitor project timelines and budgets, and provide reports to management on these metrics.

-Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

-Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.

-Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

-Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and project management tools (Asana).

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
