We are Looking for Junior Operations Specialist at FALAK for Digital Marketing

Location: Nasr City

Job Type: Full-Time - From office

From : 8 AM to 4 PM

2days off

Key Responsibilities:

1-Assist the Senior Traffic Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing operational strategies.

2-Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

3-Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring that goals and objectives are met by delegating tasks appropriately.

4-Supervise, lead, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and morale.

5-Create reports and analyze data to interpret results and present findings to management.

6-Coordinate with existing and new clients to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

7-Ensure adherence to company guidelines and operational procedures.

8-Manage all office activities, ensuring a productive work environment.

9-Provide leadership and direction to team members, promoting a collaborative culture.

10-Complete tasks assigned by management accurately and efficiently within deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Required: At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing company

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role is a plus.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
