We are looking for an operations savvy to join ToBadaa, in order to handle the relation between our tour guides and their customers using: Email, App, social media channel. WhatsApp, etc..
To maintain the booking process and the relation between both parties in order to offer our users a smooth experience.
Responsibilities
- As an operation for ToBadaa, you will be responsible for the relation between our tour guides and their customers in multiple destination in order to achieve the highest and best performance.
- You will be responsible for the offline bookings and online ones directly through our app and indirect on daily basis with the ability to work under pressure for a fast growing start-up.
- Manage and control our operations with a great personality to handle customers and tour guides needs.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an operation Specialist, Hands-on experience with Daily operations and bookings.
- Good negotiations skill and management.
- English Speaking and writing, very good or excellent.
- Knowledge of relevant destinations, attractions
- Flexibility and team work spirit
- Requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, and a demonstrated ability to smoothly handle multiple overlapping trips, and efficiently manage conflicting priorities
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent research skills
