About the role:
As the Operations Lead at Stella Stays, you'll be a driving force in maintaining operational efficiency and property quality. Your role encompasses implementing strategic property management strategies, overseeing daily operations, and upholding Stella Stays standards.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and lead property management strategies, aligning them with Stella Stays financial and operational goals.
- Address guest concerns and issues promptly, enhancing satisfaction and upholding our service standards.
- Ensure round-the-clock emergency coverage to prioritize guest safety and well-being.
- Provide timely reports and efficiently respond to information requests.
- Manage staff schedules and assignments across KSA for effective resource allocation.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including budget management and report preparation.
- Execute efficient procedures for handling challenges within defined timeframes (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with approved service providers for maintenance and renovations, including obtaining quotes and managing repairs.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of service providers roles and lead tendering processes.
- Effectively manage both in-house and third-party maintenance teams.
- Supervise service provider contracts, scope of work, and SLAs, ensuring alignment with standards.
- Achieve established goals within budget limits, proposing cost-effective solutions.
- Enhance guest and customer satisfaction through effective communication and creative problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement to elevate operational efficiency and guest experiences.
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of operations and facilities management experience.
- Expertise in property management strategies and operational practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and budget management skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance, renovation, and supplier management
- Effective Communication and Negotiation Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software
