Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant at Shama in Dubai. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, utilizing analytical skills to improve processes, ensuring effective communication within the team, handling operations management tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
