Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage both sales processes and logistical operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and coordination abilities to ensure smooth operations across departments and with external partners
Key Responsibilities
Providing support to the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process including the execution of the delivery. Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner. Providing administrative support to the sales team such as preparing proforma invoices etc. Coordinating with the other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are aligned with the company goals and objectives. Respond to the sales manager on all queries related to stock and delivery status. Responsibilities in Logistics Coordination. Preparing and providing all administrative support related to logistics such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc., as required. Preparing necessary documents for import and export shipments. Coordinate and negotiate best rates for transport and shipping etc. Inventory management in coordination with the Warehouse team and Purchase. Coordinate all shipment related activities of customers.
Requirements
What you will need to succeed for this role: Based in the UAE currently and available immediately. Bachelor's Degree is mandatory Must have minimum 5 years of work experience in Sales and Logistics Coordination. Knowledge on import and export as well as cross country trade. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office. (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Must have good administrative skills, organized and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities. Hands-on experience in working on any accounting software. Knowledge on SAP Erp Business 1 would be a plus. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge on freezone regulations. Extensive knowledge on logistics for import, export, shipping, customs clearance, documentation, warehousing. Must be fluent in English (mandatory), Fluency in Arabic or French mandatory.
Location Requirement
This role is based in Saif Zone, Sharjah, and the candidate must be willing to commute daily to the office location.
