Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for streamlining processes, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential in helping us deliver exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to support smooth business functioning.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor and maintain operational records, including booking data, vendor contracts, and inventory.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Support the operations team in resolving any issues or disruptions in service.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in an operations or coordination role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with travel management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
