Responsibilities- Manage and optimize all logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Monitor and improve transportation routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage optimization, and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and logistics service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance operational capabilities and efficiencies.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all logistics operations.
Monitor quality control processes to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain processes.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving departmental goals.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
