Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive for our HomeCare division, Doctor On Time. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the operational aspects of our home healthcare services, ensuring exceptional delivery of care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Doctor On Time HomeCare services
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and improve client satisfaction
- Streamline operational processes for efficient service delivery
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Foster relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for service evaluation
- Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, preferably in home healthcare
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare services and regulations
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality assurance protocols in healthcare
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software
