JOB PURPOSE:
As the Senior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Drawing upon your FMCG expertise, you will assist in various aspects of operations management, from supply chain coordination to production planning. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Support production planning activities to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Monitor production schedules and assist in capacity planning.
- Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Support vendor management activities, including vendor performance evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall business goals.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any related fields.
- Minimum Experience: : 4 Years Experience in FMCG

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Power BI is a plus
