Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline operational processes from production to delivery, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and scalable workflows. This role requires a leader with a strong ability to analyze data, implement process improvements, and align operations with strategic business goals. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure seamless coordination between production and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and delivery processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Align closely with the Production Manager to ensure that production workflows and operational goals are in sync.

Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative solutions, including process automation and AI-driven tools.

Develop and enforce operational policies and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.

Align production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless workflows.

Drive efficiency in resource allocation, labor productivity, and inventory management.

Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of operational staff.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining reliable and timely delivery operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in food, logistics, or subscription-based industries.

Proven expertise in using data-driven decision-making to improve processes and performance.

Strong understanding of production workflows, supply chain management, and logistics.

Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Excellent English and Arabic

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with analytics tools to track KPIs and operational performance.

Knowledge of AI-driven technologies to streamline and optimize processes.
