HOME SQUARE REAL ESTATE is looking for an experienced and well-organized operations manager who has strong leadership skills!
Home Square is a Chinese Real Estate Company in Business Bay. Having been in the industry for 8 years, the company has been trusted by property owners to handle their properties, and investors when in comes to real estate investment.
As part of our growth, we have established our subsidiary company, Home Square Holiday Homes, focused in short-term rentals which has established its presence in several listing platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Propertyfinder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
Now, we are looking for a reliable candidate to lead our dedicated team and help the company achieve its goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Overall functioning of the operations team
- Supervising the teammates
- Strategizing ways to make the operations function smoothly
- Reporting to the general manager on the status of the operations department.
- Verifying the documents submitted by the guests
- Following up and reminding the team for amounts to be collected from the guests.
- Reassuring compliance of guests with company policy and requirements
- The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or anything related.
- At least 2 years experience in the same field.
- Knowledge in using and navigating Booking.com, Airbnb, Propertyfinder, Bayut, Dubizzle
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Presentable and professional
- Working hours:
Monday to fridays - 9am to 6pm
Saturdays - 10am to 4pm
- Monthly salary ranging from AED 4,000-5,000
- Health insurance
- Visa sponsorship
- Commission
