Job Overview:
A systems integrator in Riyadh KSA is looking for an Operations Manager ICT and Low Current. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our AV, IT, and Low Current Systems divisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the technology sector.
The Operations Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the AV, IT, and Low Current Systems divisions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
2. Project Management:
- Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues that arise.
- Experience in PMO Management and PMP certification is highly preferable.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
4. Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and address any issues.
5. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for the operations department.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and comply with industry regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
7. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the AV, IT, and Low Current Systems sectors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of AV, IT, and Low Current Systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of both Arabic & English.
