We are looking for Operations Manager to work on one of our projects in Jizan
Requirements
- Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
- experience: Two years or more
- Field of experience: Experience in operations management
- English language: Advanced level of speaking and writing
Responsibilities
- Implementing the strategic plan for the project and contributing to its development and preparing and following up on the implementation of operational plans to ensure their balance with the project objectives
- Establishing principles and controls for managing and directing operations and improving productivity Strengthening relations with internal and external partners
- Ensuring the provision of services according to the best standards and periodic follow-up of performance indicators and preparing reports on the achievement rates of the departments and submitting them to the management of the place
- Contributing to the development of programs and services according to the approved program and events plan
- Implementing policies and work mechanisms to provide a package of services to meet the vision and needs of the place's visitors of different categories
- Implementing the necessary work mechanisms and guides to develop the support and competencies of service providers in the place
- Providing the necessary technical support to develop the performance of the integrated place management system and evaluating the overall performance of the work team and proposing improvement plans in light of the specific distinction, leadership and approved innovation
- Providing support Necessary for the branch manager and to carry out any tasks assigned to him
