Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Holiday Homes Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holiday rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing property maintenance, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various teams, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Management:
  • Oversee all guest interactions from booking to check-out, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide personalized services and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Property Management:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any issues.
  • Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Supervise and support housekeeping, maintenance, and front-desk staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts and responsibilities.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of property operations, including guest feedback, maintenance reports, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and procurement of supplies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Knowledge of booking systems and property management software.
  • Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
