Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the Travel Agency (B2B) division, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance performance and productivity.

Manage and lead a team of Travel Agency (B2B) staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Travel Agency (B2B) operations with overall company activities.

Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with Travel Agency (B2B) clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.

Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
