Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at MyGovinda's in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, monitoring inventory, and implementing standard operating procedures, training staff and also responsible for ensuring sales growth. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant operations management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
