Revive is a healthy meal prep company. Located in Mirqab, Kuwait City in a central kitchen. In our restaurant we cater to clients with specific dietary needs. The duty of the operations manager is to ensure all staff are working in team work to produce the best outcome. Also, the OP must show leader skills and be able to handle pressure.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager at Revive kw located in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Additional certifications or qualifications in operations management are a plus
