Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the expansion and optimization of our FinTech products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, app development, and a deep understanding of financial technologies. This role requires close collaboration with our technical, security, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product operations, expansions, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Coordination:

Work closely with the technical team to prioritize development tasks and resolve any issues that arise.

Coordinate with developers to implement new features and product improvements.

Merchant Integrations:

Manage and oversee the integration of our products with merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Collaborate with partners to ensure successful integration and ongoing support.

Reseller Relationships:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with resellers, providing them with the tools and support needed to promote and sell our products effectively.

Support & Queries:

Handle all product-related support queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Implement strategies to reduce support queries through proactive product improvements.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including developers, marketers, and support staff.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Marketing & Sales Coordination:

Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to drive product growth and market penetration.

Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new users and retaining existing ones.

Collaboration & Integrations:

Oversee collaborations and internal product integrations, including UPI, crypto, and other financial technologies.

Ensure seamless integration with existing products and services to enhance user experience.

Security & Fraud Prevention:

Collaborate with the security team to monitor and prevent fraudulent activities.

Regularly review security protocols and implement improvements as needed.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

Handle various ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as they arise, ensuring the smooth operation of product and team activities.

Product Development:

Lead the end-to-end development of FinTech products, from concept to launch.

Drive product expansion into new international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

App Development:

Oversee the design and development of mobile applications, ensuring they meet user needs and industry standards.

Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in product development within the FinTech industry.

Strong knowledge of financial technologies, mobile app development, and product management.

Experience with international product expansion and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with UPI, cryptocurrency, and other financial integrations is a plus.
