Job responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of departments that provide shared services to ensure smooth workflow according to the defined standards
- Ensure the effective and efficient execution of operations through continuous monitoring of service delivery processes
- Collect and analyze performance data for shared services periodically
- Use analytical tools and software to identify strengths and weaknesses in operations
- Provide detailed reports to senior management containing performance summaries and recommendations for improvement
- Review all operational processes to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Evaluate the efficiency of current operations and identify shortcomings that lead to delays or disruptions in service
- Collaborate with various teams such as Human Resources, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth coordination among all provided services
- Resolve issues faced by teams and work to enhance cooperation between different departments
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure departments adhere to regulations and internal policies
- Ensure that operations comply with local laws and international standards adopted in the management of shared services
- Identify potential risks in operations and propose action plans to mitigate these risks
- Implement control procedures and periodic reviews to minimize errors and deviations
- Provide practical suggestions for improving operations through in-depth analytical studies
- Lead performance improvement projects to develop shared services and enhance their effectiveness
- Monitor the impact of any organizational or technological changes on shared services and ensure quick adaptation
- Guide teams and provide necessary training or direction to handle these changes
- Ensure that all services provided meet the quality expectations specified in the regulations
- Review work processes periodically to ensure that errors affecting service quality do not occur
- Provide the necessary analysis and technical support to senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making regarding shared operations
- Propose operational solutions based on analyses to improve performance and reduce costs
- Train and guide teams: participate in training teams to ensure their understanding of how to improve processes and work within established policies
- Manage performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), design and measure KPIs to monitor progress and achieve goals.

Qualifications & Experiences
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 Years of experiences after Bachelor's degree.
2 Years of experiences after Master's degree.
