Rabbit is looking for an Operations Performance Manager who will lead the company's core operations department and team. They will set and execute on the departmental strategy, budget and key processes and drive growth in multiple cities, with the opportunity to launch new cities in the future. This individual will lead city managers and operations coordinators, act as an ambassador for the Rabbit brand, explore and assess new potential markets, and product developments. They will own budget setting and forecasts in their area and track financial performance as a whole and per area.They will also coordinate closely with other departments such as tech, ops support, marketing and finance
The ideal candidate will have5+ years of experience leading core operations teamsin the mobility and/or logistics tech industry, setting up the team structure, driving growth on-ground, and managing the team performance. They will also have experience launching new cities and leading teams across multiple locations.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Build and maintain a highly efficient and motivated operations organization in your markets. Define and develop new processes and best practices to drive this operational excellence.
Ensure the day-to-day operations concerning fleet management and optimization in your markets are running smoothly by your team. Conduct continuous data analysis to enhance supply availability, distribution, matching demand times and areas in an iterative effort to tailor the rides growth playbook for your areas, while constantly being data-driven in your actions.
Drive results. Work with city managers and operations coordinators to regularly forecast and set goals for your markets. Create an environment of experimentation, analytical thinking, and precision in execution to hit those goals.
Lead the operations performance team, including the ops coordinators, area managers, on-ground team. Gather real-time info and feedback from them for better understanding of all key factors of your market operations.
Conduct frequent on-ground quality checks and collect users feedback and understand on-ground real usage. As an operator in the field, occasionally meet with local officials, business owners, and customers as a representative of Rabbit.
Take full ownership of your market P&L, unit economics, cost planning and management efforts, reliable KPI reporting. Manage performance. Track and report critical supply and demand metrics. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results. Make sure you reach the best efficiency for vehicles utilizations, rides/vehicles, weekly and monthly growth, vehicle quality, effective heatmap distributions, user satisfaction, etc.
Support marketing activities and on-ground activations in your markets and build up strategic partnerships. Work on growth and business development projects and initiatives to keep building the brand in your markets through your ad-hoc data analysis.

Work on improving hiring processes and own the new team members hiring when needed. Partnering with other ops coordinators to share the best practices and processes for better quality and overall numbers growth.

This individual will act as a company leader in all their actions and role models best-practices whenever they can. They will plug in to help their team wherever a gap arises, manage their own as well as the team's workload in a reasonable, yet efficient way, and be collaborative, helpful to other team members, and flexible during changes.
About you:
5+ years of experience in operations, management, logistics, supply chain, consulting, business/data analytics or related roles.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the field of Engineering, Business, Computer science or other related fields.
Experience in a startup, or a high growth environment is a big plus.
Strong analytical mindset, love working with numbers, analysis beast when it comes to getting data-driven decisions.
Experience with P&L, unit economics, cost planning, supply and demand analysis and heatmaps.
Strong Excel skills, experience with tableau, kepler and other analytical tools is a plus.
You pride yourself on leading and developing other leaders; you have direct experience managing front-line supervisors and have been responsible for supporting their performance and their associates.
You take ownership in your work and team and are available to work overtime during peaks and as needed.
Problem-solving mentality that carries out tasks, finds solutions, and works hard to reach the team targets and KPIs.
Solid communication skills with a strong sense of quality control and rapid scaling
Living in Cairo and preferably owning a car for smooth movement across your assigned venues.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
