Responsible for fulfilling Chefaa day-to-day orders Including following up with patients and providers for order confirmation or handling any issues.
Provide feedback related to providers within our network.
Follow up with our customers through Chefaa channels, answer questions, and resolve their issues.
Support operations flow through Chefaa's tools.
Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across operation flow.
Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to operation flow.
Perform additional duties where needed.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is a must.
6 months -1 year of experience in a similar role.
Insurance experience is a plus.
Cosmetics experience.
Knows OTC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
