Operations Production Manager - Furniture Industry

Job Title: Production Manager (Furniture Manufacturing)

Location: Industrial Zone, Egypt

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our furniture

manufacturing process. The role requires taking job orders from the technical office, managing

production schedules, implementing and editing cutting sheets, ensuring material supply is aligned with

production needs, and overseeing quality assurance (KPIs). The successful candidate will work closely

with the technical office to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and edit cutting sheets based on job orders from the technical office.

Coordinate purchasing orders with the purchasing team to maintain adequate material supplies.

Ensure efficient use of materials and manage recycling to reduce waste.

Monitor production quality and enforce quality assurance measures (KPIs).

Ensure all deadlines are met in collaboration with the technical office.

Manage the production process to ensure a seamless flow from raw materials to finished

products.

Requirements:

Must be a qualified engineer.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture production and quality assurance.

In-depth knowledge of various materials used in furniture manufacturing.

Proficient in AutoCAD for production and cutting sheet adjustments.

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and key performance indicators.

English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
