Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety of all personnel. This role includes the authority to stop and report any unsafe conditions or actions.
Guide new staff towards fair upward development, support on-the-job training, and ensure all training programs are fulfilled.
