Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall business operations of Fuchs One Stop locations across the Network
- Preparing & Implementing SOPs
- Responsible to achieve the set KPIs
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Assist OS Ops team to meet and exceed targets/ KPIs
- Train & motivate Operations team & technicians/ Mechanics to achieve the KPIs
- Ensure all equipment, building, furniture, signage, tools etc. are always in good repair
- Suggest & implement strategies to generate new business
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Take necessary action to ensure closing the customer complaints with customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma degree or Equivalent in Mechanical, or related field.
- Two or more years of experience in related field
- The ability to communicate, lead a team and solve problems
- Basic computer skills, MS Office tools and experience with tracking and recording sales data
- Focused on customer service
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
