- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift: 10 Hours (Flexible shift)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries.
Communicating with customers to answer questions about their orders or shipping status. Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that all items are stocked, and orders are fulfilled.
Ensuring that clients orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Reviewing reports generated by automated systems to identify potential problems or bottlenecks in fulfilment processes.
Responsible for order processing, fulfilment (including picking & packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control and shipping preparation.
Prepare necessary SOPs for fulfilment processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide clear direction and general guidance to the department in the formulation and implementation of procedures and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet company operation goal. Manage and provide weekly reports.
Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules. Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
Plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives.
Minimum 3 years experience in
shipping/logistics/courier industry.
- Arabic Communication is MUST.
UAE driving license will be a plus- Good knowledge of Dubai locations and routes must.
