Purpose
Develop and implement procedures to facilitate business needs while effectively managing and organizing the operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations, including payment reflections, payment reconciliation, and the handling of clients loans and address potential issues when they arise.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational processes to align with business goals, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Regularly monitor daily payment reflections to ensure accuracy and address any inconsistencies.
- Consider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans while maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges.
- Ensure that the loan origination procedure is completed within the predetermined Turnaround time (TAT).
- Enhance internal capacity by improving the efficiency of existing processes and procedures.
- Oversee the team's tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensure they are fulfilled in timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
- Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
- Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4+ years experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in operational effectiveness and management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to assess and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of operational strategies, with proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to monitor and forecast operational performance.
- Familiarity with financial management and reconciliation systems.
- Experience in managing projects related to operations improvement and efficiency, with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once and ensure their timely completion.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational issues and implement solutions.
- Proven ability in delivering operational excellence that helps business succeed.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
