|About the role
The Operation Lead is tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the open finance platform, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence, as well as covering the Value-Added Services (VAS) marketplace
|What You'll Do
- Oversee operational workflows, processes, and controls
- Manage the service delivery team to meet performance targets and maintain service quality
- Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization
- Handle operational issues, incident reporting, and resolution
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to ensure operational alignment
- Report operational performance metrics and improvement opportunities to the subsidiary's leadership
- Oversee the Value-Added Services (VAS) marketplace
- Implement and oversee risk management protocols, focusing on fraud detection and information security
- Manage billing operations and respond to billing queries
- Execute supplier management responsibilities
|Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in related field.
- Experience in operations management within financial services or technology sectors
|Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Operational Management: Expertise in managing and improving operational workflows, processes, and controls to meet performance targets
- Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in operations and services, ensuring compliance and quality control
- Team Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in team and performance management
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational efficiency and manage complex projects
- Strategic Planning: Capacity to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and operational excellence
- VAS Engagement & Oversight: Experience in managing or delivering value-added services, understanding the marketplace, and enhancing customer value
- Billing and Supplier Management: Capability to oversee billing procedures, handle customer billing inquiries, and manage relationships with suppliers, especially in outsourced models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven capabilities in fraud detection and security management
- Experience in supplier management, especially in outsourced environments.
- Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Arabic speaker an advantage
