Position Title:Operator

Location:Al Manhal Water Factory - Dammam

Main Purpose of Job:

Setup, operate, and maintain machinery on daily base to ensure the machine running smoothly and at capacity with the optimum performance, quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup machinery for operation, startup the machinery and making the necessary adjustment during the operation
2. Operate different machines and process involved with production team
3. Operate machinery & line equipment's according to standards and perform the needed minor troubleshooting of the machines
4. Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the safety laws striving for Zero accidents through keeping the area with safe area and machine conditions sby closing or reporting all unsafe conditions/ behaviours on spot
5. Keep machines tide and clean with the highest level of 5S standards and NGMP level
6. Using machine equipment's to complete tasks assigned by direct leaders, supervisors, quality & engineering inputs
7. Monitoring the efficiency of each unit frequently, identifying the opportunities for improvements and losses elimination
8. Trigger all the losses ( Quality, Safety & Cost ) on the line and report it to concerned parties
9. Handling all material picking , report as finish transaction accurately through PDA scanners
10. Perform all the needed cleaning, inspection & Lubrications tasks on the line with or without the help of engineering team
11. Maintain the product specifications within the defined standards and the level of scrap percentage
12. Properly fill out all the operation logbooks in accordance with working instructions
13. Continuously monitoring for the appearance of the finish product and takes the necessary corrective actions to maintain it with the highest level of product quality

Key Experiences:

1. Hold a diploma in any machinery fields
2. Experience in a machine operation position for 1+ years.
3. Basic knowledge about quality and safety manufacturing standards in food and beverage fields
