Role Overview:

As the OR Products Manager, you will manage our OR solutions portfolio, including electrosurgical devices and surgical tables. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, application, and service to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and outline the product strategy and roadmap
• Evaluate competitor products and stay informed of market trends
• Identify and understand key product selling points
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Prioritize the products value propositions, features, and capabilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tools to drive market penetration
• Liaise with suppliers to track and resolve technical, production, and logistics concerns
• Oversee the delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of the product pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. A Masters Degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, and marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical device industries.
• Strong knowledge of OR environments, and experience with medical devices (surgical tables & electrosurgical devices)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects with multiple stakeholders (internal & external).
• Experience with market analysis, product strategy, and business development
