We are seeking dynamic and experienced Oracle Consultants with expertise in Financial Consulting/ HCM /Technical Consulting.
Scope of work:
Oracle Financial Consultant:
- Hands on experience in at least two to three Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA and CE), from planning to configuration through go-live.
- Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.
- Implementation and support experience on Oracle Financial R12 .
- Experience conducting CRP, training and UAT sessions for all business users .
- At least 2 Upgrade projects turns in a hands-on role on Oracle Financial.
- Should have worked on Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Projects .
- Responsible for the gathering of business requirements from stakeholders, business process design and functional design activities for all Oracle financials and projects modules related projects:
Oracle Workflow Builder.
Approval Management Engine (AME).
Oracle Discoverer.
Oracle Personalization.
Knowledge and experience of OUM methodology
Building Extended Oracle Forms, Reports and BI-XML Publisher
Arabs are preferred.
Qualifications/Required Techniques:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience on Oracle Financial & projects modules in implementation type of projects.
- Experience on Hyperion Planning and budgeting.
- Experience of PL/SQL, AME and Alerts.
- Knowledge and experience of OUM methodology.
- Strong functional knowledge of the system.
- Experience on Oracle ERP Projects Modules is a plus.
Oracle HCM Consultant:
- Experience in application maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of the Oracle HCM suite of all modules that include Core HR, ORC, Benets, Compensation, Talent Management & Time and Labor.
- Ability to Collaborate and partner with various functional stakeholders including compensation, benets, Talent Management
- Provide functional enhancements and ongoing application processes, and support future requirements.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and assist HR team with issues related to the use of HCM and its functionality.
- Provide production support to resolve HCM system errors. Identify and log issues.
- Expert of all Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence, Benets, Compensation, ORC, Talent management and Payroll.
- Perform data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting and highlight the issue to respective stakeholders.
- Exposure to Technical Documentation and procedures.
Qualifications/Required Techniques:
- Have experience of working on large scale, complex, implementation projects.
- Technical understanding of all tables and modules for Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, BI Publisher Reporting and OTBI reporting.
Arabs are preferred.
Oracle Technical Consultant:
- Minimum of two full lifecycle implementation in Oracle E-Business suite R12 , Upgrade and Support projects.
- Strong knowledge on ( SQL,PL/SQL, OAF, Workflow, AME, , Oracle Business intelligence, Oracle Forms and reports).
- Excellent Knowledge Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, Ess base.
- Strong technical skills, Including SQL, PL/SQL and Java programming.
- Strong PL/SQL development experience (Creating of packages, procedures, Functions, database objects).
- Hands on Experience with Oracle E-Business suite R12 (Oracle Forms, OAF pages and Self-Services).
- Strong Hands on experience with Oracle Developer (Forms, Reports) 10g and 11g.
- Handle Configuration and coding JDBC connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle Application framework (OAF) and OAF extension.
- Full knowledge of data conversion and integration from Legacy systems using related tools, interfaces and APIs.
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle Alerts.
- Should have worked with OA Framework, BI Publisher, Unix Shell Scripting, OUM Documentation.
- Should have worked with Oracle Alerts, Oracle Workflow, and AME.
- Strong Knowledge in Oracle Workflow and Alerts.
- Ability to collect requirements, Build High-level design documents, low-level design documents, and deployments documents.
- Excellent knowledge on building Database design for in-house build application or custom solution.
- Excellent knowledge on Forms/Pages design and development as per oracle standard best practice.
- Hands on Experience with Oracle Financials, SCM and HR on R12.
- Excellent understand of oracle EBS topology and has the ability to define solutions.
- Hands on Experience with Data Migration of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Should have experience in system analysis and database design.
