Oracle CX CRM Functional Consultant

Our client is one of the prominent logistics companies based in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in port operations, maritime services, logistics, and free trade zones, looking to hire an Oracle CX CRM Functional Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle CX (Customer Experience) processes and regulatory requirements along with robust technical skills to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related education.
• Certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in as functional consultant role with a focus on system enhancements and project management.
• Experience with Oracle CX software and ERP systems.
• Expertise in Redwood, CX Mobile and CX Outlook sync.
• Expertise in CX Migration.
• Expertise in System setup and configuration.
• Expertise in System design and development.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle CX products like Oracle CPQ
