We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects of
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. You will be responsible for both implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials, including modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations for Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and support.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of Oracle EBS solutions with business needs.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules and configure the system to meet business requirements.
- Analyze existing finance processes and recommend improvements using Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Work on customizations and enhancements, including developing, testing, and deploying custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
- Design and configure integrations between Oracle EBS Finance modules and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Provide support for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for Oracle EBS Finance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, IT teams, vendors) to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare training materials and user documentation for end-users and deliver training sessions.
- Participate in system upgrades and ensure financial compliance with the latest Oracle EBS patches and releases.
- Manage post-go-live support and ensure continuous improvement of Oracle Finance modules based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Proven experience in both functional and technical roles (Techno-Functional), with expertise in configuring Oracle EBS Finance applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and XML for customizing and extending Oracle EBS Finance applications.
- Experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, and conversions within Oracle EBS Finance.
- Solid experience in implementing and configuring finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Workflow is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, security, and database structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle EBS Certifications in Finance modules.
- Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Travel/Food Allowances: AED 120/day
