Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
Job Summary:
Lead Oracle EPM implementation, enhancement, and support collaborating with end users to understand processes and translate business needs into technical solutions. Develop and maintain EPM models, reports, and dashboards using tools like FCCS and EPBCS, while integrating with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in controllership processes, including GAAP/IFRS, month-end close, consolidations, and reporting.
- Functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reconciliations with transformation experience.
- Proficient in intercompany eliminations, financial close cycles, and best practices.
- Skilled in documenting requirements, communicating solutions, and building business cases for finance solutions.
- Translate functional designs into detailed technical designs (TDD).
- Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public/private companies.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring dimensions, creating business rules, EPM Automate scripting, and application artifacts.
- Proficient in technical deployment, optimization, predictive planning, SmartView reporting, dashboards, and data management.
- FCCS implementation experience, including COA maintenance, workflows, and dashboards.
- Review and manage metadata changes to align with requirements and standards.
- Automate processes using EPM Automate and dimension loading in Cloud Planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, IT, or Business.
- 6-8+ years in Oracle EPM as a consultant, solution architect, or SME.
- Experience in FCCS, EPBCS, and Oracle Cloud ERP modules (AP, GL, Expenses, FA).
- Proven Oracle EPM implementation skills; certifications preferred.
- Expertise in ARCS, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Skilled in training, documentation, and independent or team collaboration.
