Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with a strong background in banking implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and a proven track record in leading EPM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPM projects from initiation to delivery
- Design, implement, and optimize Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning (HP), and Analytic Workspace (AWR) solutions
- Ensure peak system performance and efficiency
- Provide expert support and training to end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations (banking industry experience mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Hyperion suite (HFM, HP, AWR)
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and banking operations
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
