We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EBS Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, a deep understanding of financial processes, and a proven track record of successful implementations. You will play a critical role in advising clients on best practices, optimizing their financial systems, and ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EBS Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Provide expertise in financial processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other modules and third-party applications.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle EBS Financial applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay current with Oracle EBS updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials consulting, with a focus on implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, along with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Oracle EBS certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and BI applications is advantageous.
