We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Retail Consultant with expertise in Merchandise Financial Planning (MFSC) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of extensive experience in Oracle Retail solutions, with a focus on MFSC implementation, customization, and optimization for retail clients in the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
Oracle Retail MFSC Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFSC) modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient MFSC solutions.
- Customize and configure Oracle Retail MFSC modules to meet the specific needs and business processes of retail clients in the UAE market.
- Develop and implement enhancements, extensions, and integrations to optimize MFSC functionality and performance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Retail MFSC, providing technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations to project teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks related to MFSC implementation and integration with other systems.
- Analyze retail clients existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency gains through Oracle Retail MFSC.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance merchandise financial planning and forecasting capabilities.
- Provide training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal staff on Oracle Retail MFSC functionality, configuration, and usage.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support end-users in maximizing the benefits of MFSC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail solutions, with a focus on Merchandise Financial Planning (MFSC) modules.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle Retail MFSC implementation projects for retail clients in the UAE or Middle East region.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail MFSC architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with other Oracle Retail modules.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Java, XML, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Oracle Retail certifications (e.g., Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Planning and Optimization) are highly desirable.
