Job Summary:
Supporting Leejam's Solutions Unit by reviewing and evaluating business processes and procedures related to systems and ERP application software, as well as identifying and documenting users needs in that regards with the corresponding functionalities, to ensure that these systems operate at their most efficient levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gathering required information that supports the process of identifying and documenting company-wide software needs and requirements, by communicating with relevant department and evaluating their business processes.
- Assisting in prioritizing the applications software and digital solutions needs and requirements, by comparing them according to their level of strategic and operational importance, costs, time to deploy, among others, and accordingly preparing the related reports.
- Review evaluate analysis and participation in planning upgrades by closely interact with relevant business process owners to understand the issues reported. Provide expertise from a functional standpoint and deliver quality solutions as per business processes.
- Gathering and analyzing automation requirements and supporting in identifying and detailing the specifications needed for processes enhancement.
- Enhancing the performance of Leejam's current system and applications, by monitoring and analyzing the procedures and workflow of operations and submitting findings and recommendations.
- After configuration mapping and GAP analysis has to be done for each module.
- Preparing a user manual and user training of application, in order to reflect any changes or developments in cooperation with the related parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years in a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Good Communication Skills.
