Implementation and Support Experience in Global Human Resources, UAE Payroll,
Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, ORC)
Must have exposure in Page Customization using Sandbox & Redwood pages.
Approval workflow management Through transaction console & BPM knowledge.
Data migration using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract
Integration skills OIC integrations with VBCS and PCS.
Develop and customize BIP and OTBI reports & Dashboard
Upgrade and implementation experience
Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration,
Testing, Production Support
Design the new field and pages as per the business requirements to support the
automation within the department
