Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Fusion Presales and Delivery Consultant at Aspino Digital in Dubai.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion Presales and Delivery Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications, specifically Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, a proven track record in solution design, presales support, implementation, and delivery, along with a solid understanding of business processes across various industries. This role requires a mix of technical acumen, client-facing skills, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Presales Responsibilities:
- Lead presales engagements with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, assisting clients in understanding the business value and technical fit.
- Develop detailed proposals, statements of work (SOW), and other client-facing documentation.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the client's business requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and solution architect teams to define and refine client requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
- Create compelling business cases and value propositions for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Support the development of RFP responses, including solution design, pricing, and timelines.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX etc.) during the implementation process.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to meet client-specific needs while ensuring best practices.
- Drive the project lifecycle, including solution design, functional and technical specifications, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure timely delivery of the solution.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions and knowledge transfer to clients, ensuring they are self-sufficient in using Oracle Fusion solutions.
Consulting & Advisory:
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on how Oracle Fusion Cloud can streamline their business processes and drive innovation.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and digital transformation using Oracle Fusion.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in Oracle solutions.
- Assist clients in change management and process reengineering as part of the solution deployment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, including at least 10 years in presales, solution design, and delivery roles.
- Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as ERP (Financials, Procurement, etc.), HCM, SCM, CRM and others.
- Strong experience in cloud-based applications, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- In-depth experience in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Fusion, including integration and customization.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing large, complex Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
- Presales Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in leading product demos, RFP responses, and developing solutions for clients.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, data migration strategies, and use of tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.
- Consulting Skills: Ability to quickly understand client needs, propose suitable Oracle Fusion solutions, and guide clients through the implementation journey.
- Certifications: Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications or other relevant Oracle certifications preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong client relationship management skills, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
