Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least three end-to-end Fusion implementations, specifically in the modules of Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management. Expertise in Payroll Fast Formula is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations:
- Lead and participate in multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations, focusing on Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management modules.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet client requirements.
- Payroll Fast Formula Expertise:
- Develop, test, and implement Payroll Fast Formulas for complex payroll calculations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing payroll formulas to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training to client teams on Payroll Fast Formula best practices.
- Functional Support and Consultation:
- Provide expert advice on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users.
- Support the development of functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, time, and budget.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management modules.
- Proven expertise in Payroll Fast Formula development and optimization.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Certifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
