Position: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least three end-to-end Fusion implementations, specifically in the modules of Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management. Expertise in Payroll Fast Formula is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations:
  • Lead and participate in multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations, focusing on Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management modules.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and implementation.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet client requirements.
  • Payroll Fast Formula Expertise:
  • Develop, test, and implement Payroll Fast Formulas for complex payroll calculations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing payroll formulas to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and training to client teams on Payroll Fast Formula best practices.
  • Functional Support and Consultation:
  • Provide expert advice on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users.
  • Support the development of functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, time, and budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
  • At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management modules.
  • Proven expertise in Payroll Fast Formula development and optimization.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
