Job Description

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi holding company that owns a group of companies in the retail and perfume sector And expanding operations to Egypt.

Work Location: Cairo,Egypt.

The Oracle SCM Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle SCM solutions within the organization. This role involves leading SCM projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the SCM systems align with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to the SCM team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively use Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the SCM systems function optimally.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Oracle SCM with other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SCM processes, configurations, and user training materials.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Oracle SCM and supply chain management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the SCM team.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of SCM projects and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM implementation and support.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading SCM projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and trends.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training sessions and workshops.
