Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of Oracle solutions based on business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for Oracle implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
- Conduct system analysis and evaluate existing applications for improvement.
- Develop high-level system design documents and architectural blueprints.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle technologies to internal teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle technologies.
- Proven experience in project management roles for software implementation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and administration.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions and services.
- Expertise in data modeling and database design principles.
- Sound knowledge of system integration methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Professional certifications in Oracle or project management are preferred.

- Travel/Food Allowances: AED 120/day
- Salary: Paid in INR
- Client/Unionsys Support: Initial accommodation, airfare, and visa expenses will be covered by either Unionsys or the client.
