We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive with a

strong background in construction. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal

role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Your in-depth

understanding of the construction industry will allow you to establish and

maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in increased sales

and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry professionals.

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and maintain a sales pipeline.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry trends, market

conditions, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales

• Strong knowledge about architecture and finishing

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
