Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Room Service Order Taker at Holiday inn -IHG group located in Riyadh. As a Room Service Order Taker, you will be responsible for receiving and processing guest's orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery, and providing excellent customer service. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service area.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for order processing
- Customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
