Responsibilities -
- Prepare a step plan to change the organization's structure and update the workforce needs.
- Facilitate/support organizational structure design; redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives.
- Assist OD Manager develop a strong and coherent strategy for organizational development, putting in place a powerful OD methodology toolkit in order to develop OD capacity in the organization.
- Prepare an current or proposed organogram or organizational charts.
