Job Description
Create and update the organization chart, workflow chart, job analysis, and job descriptions.
Collaborate with the OD Head to implement the Performance Management system, ensuring adherence to schedules and submission of required reports.
Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create a training plan.
Implement the Training and development plan, overseeing, evaluating, and documenting training activities.
Supervise the process of defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collect and report relevant data.
Develop and update the HR dashboard and analyze data using pertinent HR metrics.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Offer advice and support to departments and teams in analyzing issues and improving internal processes.
Provide employees with information on HR policies, rules, regulations, job responsibilities, and opportunities for career advancement.
Implement employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to improve the work environment and employee well-being.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- From 2 to 3 years of HR experience, including 1 year of experience in OD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Very Good command of the English language.
