Your new role
You will be responsible to provide internal organization development consulting services to management on topics such as organizational change and design, strategic planning, succession planning, leadership development, career development, performance management, team effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and conflict resolution.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Develop master change management plans including communications, sponsorship, coaching, training and resistance management plans
- Execute Change Management Plans
- Work with senior leaders to make change management principles an integral part of their strategic and tactical planning thought process
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the management of employee changes by advising / coaching all levels of management (from executive to supervisors) on the execution of change management activities
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of Institute and human resources policies and procedures
- Works collaboratively with faculty, employees, and management on reorganization strategies, implementation and workforce planning
- Manage Knowledge Transfer & Retention (KT&R) Leadership Accountability at the site, collaborating with Site OR teams and Workforce Planning to ensure actions and outcomes are met, with the linkage of this procedure to talent planning and developing bench strength and organizational readiness
- Manage client relationships by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with executives, senior leaders, and other business leaders throughout the corporation
- Apply a structured approach and methodology for people-side change spanning preparation, management and reinforcement of changes
- Participate in project workshops to understand the implications of future business processes
