Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Officer at Davao Doctors Hospital. The Officer will be responsible for tasks related to training & development, employee engagement, communication, training, and performance management.

• Training & Development, Training, and Performance Management skills
• Employee Engagement and Communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of organizational behavior and change management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
